NO. 37 BUSH'S BEANS CHEVROLET SS
AUTO CLUB SPEEDWAY POST-RACE REPORT
Date/Time: Sunday, March 26 at 3:30 p.m. ET
TV Network/Radio: FOX / MRN Radio / SiriusXM NASCAR Radio Channel 90
Chris Buescher and the No. 37 BUSH'S Beans team battled all day at Auto Club Speedway. Starting 20th, the team worked to get to the front of the field, but fell back early and made good pit strategy calls to gain spots and finish in the Top-25.
CHRIS BUESCHER QUOTE:
"It was a long afternoon in our No. 37 BUSH'S Beans Chevy," Buescher said. "We got a decent starting spot, but got shuffled back early and struggled to gain spots back. Then, on the last restart, everyone got fanned out from another car getting in the wall and we just lost all of our momentum to get a good finish. Next weekend we've got a completely different setup as we go short track racing, and I'm looking forward to racing with the short track program at JTG Daugherty Racing. AJ (Allmendinger) finished really well there last year, and I know he will have some good notes and tips that we can apply."
TRENT OWENS, CREW CHIEF QUOTE:
“It was a good learning day at Auto Club Speedway for our No. 37 BUSH'S Beans team, " Owens said. "We worked on the setup all weekend, and had decent speed once we got to the long run, but struggled with speed initially firing off. We flip the table and go short track racing at one of the shortest tracks on the circuit next weekend. Our teammate finished really well there last year, so I know the short track program at JTG Daugherty Racing is strong."
